Manual tuition introduces moving off, stopping and selecting gears at a suitable pace. Repeated practice helps you coordinate the controls while maintaining observation and planning ahead.
What you’ll practise
Your lesson plan can cover junctions, roundabouts, hill starts, parking, meeting traffic and responding to hazards. Skills are introduced as your confidence and control develop.
